By accessing NanoEmpireAI.com or purchasing the Private AI Command Center Pilot, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service.

Nature of Service

NanoEmpireAI provides implementation support, software workflows, and strategic consultation for autonomous AI systems. We do not provide financial, legal, or investment advice.

User Responsibility

You are responsible for the legal and ethical use of any AI systems or revenue swarms implemented via our services. You agree not to use our tools for spam, fraud, or any illegal activity in your jurisdiction.

Refund Policy

The $299 Pilot Program is a services engagement. Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis before the implementation sprint begins. Once the implementation work has started, no refunds are provided.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Ontario, Canada.
