BidShield produces scope-honest, source-cited preliminary risk previews from public or non-sensitive business documents. The output identifies:

- Mandatory forms and missing referenced schedules
- Insurance and WSIB compliance traps
- Clarification-worthy ambiguities
- Document gaps and external dependencies
What BidShield Does Not Do
- It does not issue compliance rulings
- It does not replace legal, insurance, or procurement counsel
- It does not process confidential, privileged, or regulated documents in public preview
- It does not guarantee bid success or submission compliance
How It Works
1. You share a public tender, RFP, or non-sensitive compliance packet.
2. The kernel extracts mandatory requirements, deadlines, and referenced documents.
3. A human reviewer verifies all Fatal and High findings against source documents.
4. You receive a scope-honest report with clear next actions, missing documents, and explicit limits.
Privacy and Data Handling
Pilot intake accepts only public or non-sensitive business documents. Do not submit medical records, patient identifiers, confidential client pricing, privileged legal documents, credentials, or government-protected material.
Full-package reviews are performed with human verification and a confirmed legal and data-handling scope. Retention, deletion, and processing location are disclosed in the pilot engagement letter.
