Local-first blinded attestation primitive. Proves an AI agent parsed a confidential network operation profile or procurement solicitation locally, identified mandatory policy obligations and missing artifacts, and obtained a cryptographic human credential signature — with no plaintext network egress observed under enforced CSP.
